Ted M. Elliott
Principal
Ted has significant experience in both financial recruiting and public accounting. Prior to founding Ted Elliott & Associates, Ted spent approximately 4 years placing accounting and finance professionals while employed with a national recruiting firm. Previously, he started his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent 4 years with their audit practice, and his clients consisted of emerging to mid sized companies in a variety of industries including technology, biotech, medical device, and golf. Ted left Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior. Ted received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of San Diego.
Raul N. Lamas
Director
Raul has significant experience in recruiting top quality candidates and has approximately ten years combined experience in public accounting and private industry accounting. Raul served as Chief Financial Officer for a $20M services company located in San Diego, where he spent five years. He previously worked with Ernst & Young serving audit clients in San Diego and Los Angeles which ranged in size from pre-IPO to Fortune 500 companies. Raul left Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager. Raul earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
